B Rink

  1. Semi Circles, Crossrolls(1 set=FO, FI, BO, BIx2、2 sets)
  2. Powerpulls
  3. Alternating 3 turns (LFORBI, RFO→LBI, RFILBO, LFI→RBO)
  4. Double 3 turns
  5. Twizzles
  6. Choctaw

A Rink

  1. Crossover(Forward and Backward, CW and CCW, 4 rounds each)
  2. Power 3 turns(FO on semi circle, Alternating FO Power 3 , FI on semi circle, Alternating FI Power 3)
  3. Spin (scratch x 20, back scratch x 20)
  4. Jumps (waltz, toe loop, salcow, loop, 5 each)
  5. Change edges (FO 3 turn→change edge→BO 3 turn; FI 3 turn→change edge→BI 3 turn)
  6. Alternating brackets (LFORBI, RFO→LBI, RFILBO, LFI→RBO)
  7. Alternating rocker (LFORBI, RFO→LBI, RFILBO, LFI→RBO)
  8. Alternating counter (LFORBI, RFO→LBI, RFILBO, LFI→RBO)
